Julia Winstead is a seasoned salon owner and master stylist at Jon Chelles Day Spa and Salon, boasting an impressive 20-year career in the hair industry. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Julia is also a devoted wife and mother, finding joy in balancing her family life at home with her passion for hair styling at work.
Known for her dedication to learning and growing, Julia loves engaging in continuing education to stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in the beauty world. As a leader of her team, she strives to cultivate a salon atmosphere that is not only welcoming but also provides clients with exceptional experiences.
Julia's commitment extends to her team members as well, as she is passionate about helping each stylist reach their full potential. Through mentorship and support, she guides her team towards excellence, ensuring that they become the best stylists they can be.
Assistant Manager and Cosmetologist, Master Stylist
Allison says that her specialty is hair color and haircuts. She loves to color because it transforms the hair, and she loves finishing with a beautiful haircut. She wanted to do hair for the ability to do art everyday while making others feel better about themselves. Her parents inspired her, they taught her to never give up on what she wants or on herself. Today her husband and her children inspire her to be the best she can be! Allisons proudest accomplishment, is that every day she gets to come to a job that she loves and looks forward to and every night she gets to go home to her family. Also, being a professional hairdresser, being a loving wife, and awesome mom. Her hobbies are spending time with family and friends. She also wants to pick up painting again!
Cosmetologist, Senior Stylist
Laura’s specialty is short haircuts, dimensional color, and anything involving texture. She loves to be able to have fun with what she does and make her clients happy. Laura has her own style, not unlike any other artist. Her confidence, faith/testimony, and her clients are what inspires her. Her proudest accomplishment is becoming a confident, working mother and becoming a master hair stylist. Some of her hobbies include spending time with her family, enjoys eating at new restaurants, and traveling.

Tori’s specialty is color and highlights. She loves to do hair because it makes people feel better about themselves and she is a big part of that. Her family and sweet clients inspire her to do her very best. Becoming a mom, most importantly a working mom, to provide for her family, is her biggest accomplishment. Tori enjoys decorating during her time off.

Heebba Salem is a talented hairstylist with a passion for hair color and styling. Coming from a large family, she cherishes time with her loved ones as much as she enjoys working her magic behind the chair. With five years of experience in the industry, Heebba specializes in long, thick hair and is known for her expertise in creating stunning looks with vibrant hair colors. She excels in creating blinding blonde bayalages and rich chocolate brown hues that leave her clients feeling confident and beautiful. Always staying up-to-date with the latest trends and styles, Heebba is dedicated to continuous learning and honing her craft to provide the best possible service to her clients.

Logan’s specialty is working with blondes and extensions. She loves the interaction and relationship she has with her clients and making them feel good on the inside and out. The support and love she receives from her co-workers and peers is what inspires her the most. Her proudest accomplishment is where she stands today in her career. She could not have done it without the support of her clients, friends, and family. Logan enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her friends and family in her off time
Cosmetologist, New Talent
Denise’s specialty is hair cutting. She loves making people feel good and embracing their beauty, and figuring out which technique or pattern works best. Her Dad inspired her to never give up and to always try her best, no matter how difficult the situation may seem. Her proudest moment was being able to do a balayage while in school and doing an awesome haircut on a friend. Some of Denise’s hobbies include playing volleyball, dancing, binge watching movies, and trying new foods.

Kacie’s specialty is doing balayage highlights. Hair is her passion! She loves to see the outcome of the hair and has a wide range of creativity to work with. She says, “it’s your personal crown, so I love to make people feel beautiful”. Kacie’s future is what inspires her the most. She has big dreams and goals set for her family and herself. Her biggest accomplishment was getting her cosmetology license. It has been her dream since she was little. Her hobbies are showing livestock and grilling with family and friends.
